WATER
Water is life – the most critical resource on our planet. A basic human right, but a commodity in increasingly higher demand. We have partnered with several African and international institutions to develop strategies and implement projects that protect, manage and distribute this fundamental natural resource.

Water management can either constrain or catalyse socioeconomic development. The need to support socioeconomic development and rapid urbanisation, all the while ensuring healthy eco-systems, has increased the demand and need to access water.

Through our experience at local and international scales, we have developed a holistic understanding of managing water across the entire water value chain. People and businesses can use water sustainably and we help them to do so. We partner with the public, private, and civil society sectors and focus on improving sustainable access to underserved and vulnerable communities and ensure that people are protected from floods, droughts and other harmful aspects of water.

We specialise in water stewardship, natural resource management, capacity development, stakeholder analysis, engagement and facilitation, as well as providing support to water management institutions. Our experience ranges from successfully assisting the City of Cape Town in developing and expediting its water strategy at a critical time, to providing practical guidance to Somalia’s Ministry of Energy and Water Resources in producing and implementing its national water resource strategy.
